AMENDMENT 001 Posted June 10, 2020: Revised Solicitation to update the Virtual Site Visit Video Conference to 10:00AM central on Tuesday June 16, 2020

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District US Army Corps of Engineers is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) W912P519R0001 for a firm-fixed price construction contract to improve the efficiency and reliability of excitation equipment located at up to eight (8) of the hydropower generation plants along the Cumberland River by replacing the existing excitation systems with new, fully static, digital excitation systems at up to eight (8) Hydropower Generation Plants. This will be a Full and Open procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project will require the HUBZone 10% price evaluation for a competitive acquisition for the award of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract. The Government anticipates recurring requirements (i.e., replacement of up to eight (8) excitation systems), but cannot predetermine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities the Government will require during the contract period. The Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be awarded in an amount not to exceed $30M with a minimum guarantee of $25, 000. The contract will be structured as a base (4 years) and three (3) options (2 years each). If all options are exercised, the total ordering period will be 10 years.
