St. Michael's holy faith consists of 2no. Two storey school buildings and assembly hall which is located in finglas, dublin 11. The whole school building has an approximate floor area of 4700m². The scope of the works will be as follows: decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing fire alarm system, associated cabling, cable containment, devices, panels, etc. Throughout the existing school building (apart from the assembly hall). Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing emergency lighting system, existing emergency light fittings, associated cabling, cable containment, devices, panels, etc. Throughout the existing school building. Supply and installation of a new fire alarm system including all devices, panels, cabling, cable containment, etc. Throughout the building as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications (apart from the assembly hall). Linking the new main fire alarm panel in the building to the new fire alarm repeater panel in the extension of the building. Supply and installation of a new emergency lighting system including all devices, light fittings, cabling, cable containment, etc. Throughout the building as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications (apart from the assembly hall). All associated electrical works as indicated on the tender documents. All associated mechanical works as indicated on the tender documents. All builders' works associated with the above.
