Tenders are invited for Event Management and Related Services in Iraq

British Council will contract 3 companies on framework basis and will carry mini-competition exercise for every event/s once all the needs of a particular event has been identified.
Three type of events are likely to be carried depending on Audience size: To be presented for (50 audience, 100 Audience, 200 Audience)
• Venue Setting: this includes the below:
- Venue decoration.
- Video/photo production.
- Technical
• Event Materials Production
• Visibility and Comms
• Catering
