Tender Details

The current tender relates to the framework agreement for the renovation of the moving in and out of housing for Middelfart Municipality. The tender relates to painting work and floor work for refurbishment in the event of evictions of the municipality's elderly and relocation homes. It is important for Middelfart Municipality that the tasks around paintand floor work are solved quickly, so that too long periods of "empty" housing are avoided. Middelfart Municipality has previously experienced problems with starting and completing painting and flooring work during evictions, as well as the coordination thereof. Middelfart Municipality therefore wishes to offer this tenderin an independent tender, where only one framework agreement is tendered with one painter, who is responsible for his subcontractor (floor man), cf. Appendix 2 - Requirements specification for further information. The tender is carried out as a public tender, cf. the Public Tenders Act, Act No. 1564 of 15/12/2015, which means, that anyone can submit an offer.
