Prior Information Notice for EU Support for Intellectual Property Rights System in Kosovo.
Contract description
The overall objective of this project is to further support the role of Kosovo on economic governance through effective regulatory functions in line with SAA obligations.
The specific objective of this project is to strengthen legal, administrative and structural capacities of Kosovo institutions in charge of the development and enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPRs). The project will further align the Kosovo (primary and secondary) legislations on IPRs with the EU acquis and support monitoring international legal developments that may impact its legislation in the field of IPRs. The project will also contribute to the awareness raising on the importance of IPR protection.
