Prequalifications are invited for Assistance Mission for the Establishment of a Multiannual Contract to Operate and Maintain the Second Bridge on the Wouri and the Rehabilitated Sections of the National N ° 3 in Douala.

A. PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR DEMONSTRATION
The present MAI concerns the pre-qualification of the Technical Studies Offices and groups of Technical Studies Offices to participate in the restricted International Call for Tender for the mission of assistance to the establishment of a multi-year contract operation and maintenance of the second bridge over the Wouri and rehabilitated sections of the Nationale N ° 3 in Douala.
B. FUNDING
The mission subject of the Restricted International Call for Bids will be financed by the French Development Agency (AFD) and the MINTP Public Investment Budget, fiscal year 2019.
C. PARTICIPATION
This MAI is intended for BET and BET national and international BETs, specialized in the field of construction studies, regularly registered, in good standing with their fiscal and administrative obligations, and justifying a sufficient technical, financial and operational capacity. in this domain.
