Establishment of a bioinformatics analysis chain to select a subset of epigenetic variations (on the basis of knowledge that has made it possible to prioritize candidate genes) from methylation marks obtained by bisulfite sequencing of 10 oak genomes . heThis will include: i) identifying regions of the genome whose level of methylation varies between the 10 genotypes and ii) incorporating into the choice of regions to be captured, candidate genes involved in the regulation of dormancy of the primary meristem.
