United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) wishes to ESTABLISH LONG TERM ARRANGEMENT FOR PRINTING SERVICES through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your company to submit quotes as outlined in this Invitation to Bid and the terms and conditions contained herein. (For Indian Bidders Only)
2. PRE BID MEETING:
2.1 A Pre bid meeting will be held in UNICEF, Plot No-41-42, Polytechnic Colony, Shyama Hills, Bhopal, - 462013 as per the date mentioned below
Date October 17, 2018; Time : 1100 hours
2.3 The questions and responses will be subsequently posted on UNGM website www.ungm.org (Business Opportunities) as an attachment under the "links" tab in the same tender notice by October 22, 2018
Please note, no request will be entertained for alternate date or time.
3. Submission Deadline and Bid opening
3.1 The deadline for submission of bids is as follows: 31 October 2018, 1200 Hours. Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to ind.bids@unicef.org [ind(dot)bids@unicef(dot)org] in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number ITB-2018-087-9143482 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than October 31, 2018 at 1200 hours (Noon) IST.
