Description: The “ERP Way Forward” project aims to replace Swissgrid's existing, heterogeneous ERP environment with a modern, integrated ERP solution that meets the requirements for future end-to-end processes. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the target processes and requirements, Swissgrid decided on the SAP S4 / HANA as the central ERP system and other SAP solutions / modules that are required to implement the requirements (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Analytics Cloud) . Within this call, Swissgrid is looking for an implementation partner who will implement these SAP solutions / modules in several work packages. The implementation partner is required to assume overall responsibility for the project and to cover individual packages with its own staff in accordance with criteria. The provider is free to consult third parties for the other work packages to provide the service.
