Tender Details

Quotation are invited for Equipment in Medical Material of the Kongso Medical Borough Center.

1. Object
The purpose of this DC is to provide MEDICAL MATERIAL for the KONGSO BOROUGH medical center in the commune of Bafoussam 3rd.

2. Delivery time
The delivery deadline for the supply is set at thirty (30) days after notification of the Service Order to start the supply; No extension of deadlines will be granted.

3. Participation and origin
Participation in this quotation request is open on equal terms to all Companies under Cameroonian law.

4. Financing
The subject of this quotation request is funded by the 2020 Public Investment Budget.

5. Consultation of the file
The Quotation file (DC) can be consulted during working hours at the Town Hall of Bafoussam 3ème (General Secretariat) upon publication of this Notice of Consultation.

6. Acquisition of the file
Upon publication of this Notice of Consultation, the CD can be obtained from the Town Hall of Bafoussam 3rd (General Secretariat) upon presentation of a receipt for payment to the Municipal Revenue of Bafoussam 3rd of a non-refundable amount of 10, 000 (Ten thousand) CFA francs.

7. Submission of tenders

8. Provisional security
