As part of the ÜSTRA digitization strategy, the company plans to introduce a paperless and digital process at the end of the second quarter of 2022. The concerns the S.G. Procurement-to-Pay Process (hereinafter: P2P) from the demand requirement to audit and release as well as supplier and risk management. Simultaneously with the definition of the requirements for such a system, existing processes are analyzed in the actual state and revised for the new target state. Furthermore, complementary requirements and functions have been developed, which affect both the P2P process and other functions of purchasing. The results of this discussion form the basics for this requirement overview, which are further detailed in the further procurement process. The desired solution must be modularly implementable and scalable. Possibly. Further group and cooperation partners are integrated into the solution in a second step.
