PURCHASE OF RABIES VACCINES

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 783, 750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Epidemic Prevention and Treatment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Rabies Vaccines. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
