The Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) is a limited liability company established under the Companies Act (2015) of Fiji. It is responsible for the generation, transmission and retail of electricity on the islands of Viti Levu, Vanua Levu, Ovalau and Taveuni.
EFL invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested entities for the development of grid-connected renewable energy projects for its power systems on Vanua Levu. EFL operates two independent power systems on Vanua Levu. The first is the Labasa Power System, which extends from Wainikoro (North of Labasa township) to Dreketi. The second is the Savusavu Power System, which extends from Savusavu township towards Korotasere, and west-wards upto Nabalebale village.
