Expression of Interest are invited for Enterprise Architecture Design
Collection of Tender Documents
Interested Companies are to Collect Tender Documents from the Office of the Director of Procurement, Fmhadmsd, 3rd Floor, Federal Secretariat, Phase I, Abuja, upon the Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee of n10, 000.00 Per Lot, Paid into Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development`s Treasury Single Account (Tsa) Number at Any Commercial Bank, after Generating the Necessary Rrr Number on the Tsa Platform (Remita) for Categories a(1 - 10) and B(1- 25, 29, 32, 34-37, 39-57).
SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION, Eol AND TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bids must be prepared in English Language and signed by the official authorized by the bidder. Prospective Bidders are to submit three copies of Prequalification/Technical documents/Expression of Interest (Eol) for categories
B(26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 33, 38, ) and C on or before 12:00 noon on Monday, 10th August, 2020. Late
submissions will be returned un-opened. Prospective Bidders are to submit one original and two (2) copies of the Technical and Financial bids in two separate envelopes for categories A and B(1-25, 29, 32, 34-37, 39-57) on or before 12:00 noon on Monday, 31st August, 2020.
OPENING OF EOI/BIDS
Prequalification/Technical documents/Expression of interest (Eol) documents for categories B (26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 33, 38, ) and C shall commence immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 10th August, 2020, at the venue stated in 6 above. ONLY technically shortlisted bidders will be invited for collection of Financial bids and Request for Proposals; Financial bids documents for categories A and B shall commence immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 31st August 2020, at the venue stated in 6 above.
