Contract description
The overall objective of the programme is to improve both physical and digital interconnectivity within the EA-SA-IO region. The programme consists of the provision of a Technical Assistance Facility to the 26 countries of the EA-SA-IO region, in the Digital and Transport Infrastructure sectors, for (i) the preparation of bankable projects (for submission to Financial Institutions), (ii) the development of sound policies and (iii) the provision of capacity building to government institutions
