The Young Men-s Christian Association - East Jerusalem / Women-s Development Program (EJYMCA-WDP) is implementing the project entitled “East Jerusalem Youth: Agents of Change”. This project is implemented by EJYMCA in partnership with DanChurchAid/Norwegian Church Aid, Palestinian Vision, Palestinian Heritage Trial, and Afkar, and funded by the European Union. The project is based on introducing Resilience and Tourism as community-led interventions that will contribute to the overall objective: “The development of resilient communities in East and northwest of Jerusalem to be able to withstand shocks and mitigate protection threats while preserving the Palestinian character of the city”.

The EJYMCA-WDP announces the Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering services for the Study & Design of Stormwater System in Centre of Beit Anan town. Interested firms can receive copies of the RFP documents on 01/03/2021 only during working hours via sealed envelope.

Interested engineering firms shall be able to provide a valid deduction at source, and provide a zero-VAT invoice as the project is VAT exempt. Engineering firms shall also have a valid registration with the Palestinian Engineers Association with a classification not less than First grade with specialization in civil & mechanical engineering. In cases of joint venture, both firms shall comply with the minimum classification required.

The quotations, including all documents, should be submitted by hand via sealed envelope no later than 15/03/2021 at 02:00pm at the following address: 2nd Floor, Hamoudeh Al Dirawi Building, opposite to Al-Bireh Secondary School for Girls, Al-Bireh, Phone Number: 02-2959989.
