Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Hiring of an Engineering Consulting Firm with Expertise in the Area of Building/Construction, Architectural Design; And Also has the Ability to Monitor and Supervise the Expansion and Renovation of Existing Structures on Six (6) of the MCSS Schools.

1. The Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS) has received budgetary appropriation for its project for FISCAL YEAR 2018/2019 through the Government of Liberia and intends to apply Same for the hiring of an Engineering Consulting firm with expertise in the area of building/Construction, Architectural design; and also has the ability to monitor and Supervise the Expansion and Renovation of existing structures on six (6) of the MCSS schools.

2. The Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS) now seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested and eligible Engineering Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consulting Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, )

3. Short listed firms receiving Request for proposal (RFP) shall be selected in accordance with the Least Cost Selection Method (LCS) procedures as specified in the amended Public Procurement and Concessions Commission Art (PPCA) of 2010.

4. Expected duration of Assignment: Three (3) months

5. Interested eligible Consulting firm may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of The Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS) located on 12th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, beginning Tuesday October 30, 2018 to Tuesday November 6, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

6. Qualification requirements include:

a. Supplier’s/Company profile

b. Valid Current Business Registration Certificate

c. Valid Tax Clearance

d. Past performance reports

e. Approved PPCC Vendor Registration Form (VRF)

7. Expression of Interest must be placed in sealed envelope and hand delivered to the address below on or before November 21, 2018 11: A.M. which is the deadline and bid opening date
