Engagement of a Consulting/Survey Firm for the Design, Development and Conduct of the Philippine Competition Commission Client Satisfaction Survey

The Philippine Competition Commission (hereinafter called -œProcuring Entity- has received financing (hereinafter called -œfunds-) from the General Appropriations Act (hereinafter called the -œFunding Source-) toward the cost of Engagement of a Consulting/Survey Firm for the Design, Development and Conduct of the Philippine Competition Commission Client Satisfaction Survey. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of One Million and Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for the aforesaid procurement for which the Bidding Document is issued.

The Procuring Entity now invites bids for the Engagement of a Consulting/Survey Firm for the Design, Development and Conduct of the Philippine Competition Commission Client Satisfaction Survey. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.

The Consultant shall be selected and employed in accordance with Quality-Cost Based Evaluation (QCBE) procedures as described in the Bidding Document.

The Bidding Document may be acquired at the PCC Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) Secretariat, 25/F Vertis North Corporate Center Tower 1, North Ave., Quezon City from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. upon payment of an applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Two Thousand Pesos (PhP2, 000.00).

The Procuring Entity will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 03 July 2019 / 1:00 PM at Court Room in the above address, which shall be open to all short listed consultants.
