Tenders are invited for Endline Reality Check Approach Study- IPSSJ
Integrated Programme for Strengthening Security and Justice (IPSSJ)- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
Scope of the assignment
As this is intended to serve as an endline to the baseline study carried out in 2015, the methods are expected
to be as similar as possible. This includes:
- Utilisation of the RCA methodology and customisation where necessary
- Implementation in four districts, up to two locations in each district - selected based on IP-SSJ implementation patterns. Districts will be agreed with the IP-SSJ MEL team but are expected to include the Far West Hills, Central and Mid-West Terai, and an additional option of either the Mid-West hills or Eastern Terai.
- Coverage of at least 24 host households
