Employee Wellness and Recognition Platform Provider

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the Work as described in Section 6 (Terms of Reference). The Region is dedicated to and supports the creation of a healthy workplace culture and meaningful wellness and recognition programs for its employees. The goal of the wellness program is to ensure the Region-s employees remain healthy, engaged and productive in the workplace. The goal of the recognition program is to link our corporate core values to employees- actions and behaviors by providing a multi-level program offering several recognition choices for all of its active employees. The Work includes, at a minimum, providing and supporting a cloud based online, on-demand, wellness and recognition platform to support the Region-s wellness and recognition programs for its employees.
