1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the CAAP Corporate Budget CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE PESOS & 70/100 (Php9, 464, 735.70), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EMERGENCY REPAIR OF AIRPORT FACILITIES AT CATARMAN AIRPORT (BID NO. VIII-2021-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
