1. The Municipal Government of Jiabong, Samar, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of LGU OFFICE under the RHU Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Jiabong, Samar now invites bids for the Emergency Purchase in response to Covid19 RHU Office. Delivery of the goods is required to be within 15 days after receipt of the notice to proceed.
