Tenders are invited for Emergency GRP Pipe Repair Work of Treated Sanitary Effluent (TSE) Transmission & Distribution Network.

website or the Bahrain e-Government - (httns.bahrain.bh) by using a credit card.
• Tenders are invited from qualified Contractors registered with the Cost Engineering Directorate and Sanitary
Engineering Operation and Maintenance Directorate of the Ministry for the Sanitary Engineering Affairs under
the Category mentioned above or having Commercial Registration in the relevant field to the above tender, entry to
the ministry of works website or the Bahrain e-Government site as described above to get the tender documents
from Thursday 15, h March 2018, or pay the amount to the cashier, at the Financial Resources Directorate (3rd
Floor New Building), who will issue a receipt. For further information, please contact on 17545761-17545633.
• The works comprise of the above tenders.
• Interested Tenderers should comply with the Legislative Decree No. 36 and 37 of 2002 with respect to Regulating
Government Tenders and Purchases, and also to comply with the Prime Minister-s Resolution No. 40 for 2015
giving priority to National Products and products at GCC Countries.
• The Tenders must be deposited in the tender box provided on the Tender unit at 6lh floor New Building,
Ministry of Works. Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning - as per the above mentioned date.
• Tenders shall be submitted in One envelope.
• Tenderers are to supply copies of the following:
1. Company Commercial Registration indicating the tender relevant field and receipt for current registration fee. CR
to be stamped with company stamp.
2. The total tender sum as well as cost per unit (as the case maybe) should be written and submitted in form
3. Initial Bond and a Copy of valid Certificate of Compliance with employment percentage for Bahraini Manpower
issued by the Ministry of Labour and stamped with company stamp.
4. Any other items listed in the Instructions to Tenderers.
5. All submitted documents (original or copy) should be stamped with company stamp.
• Tenders shall remain valid for 180 days from the closing date. Initial Bond should be enclosed for the amount
specified above or at a rate of 1% of the tender value whichever of the amount is lesser, provided that no
initial bond-s value shall be less than BI). 100/. Ensure that the initial bond is in cash or in a form of certified
cheque or bank/insurance company guarantee, valid for the duration specified in the tender documents and should
be enclosed with each tender.
• Tenders not complying with the above conditions and requirements as well as terms and conditions mentioned in
the tender documents will be rejected.
• This advertisement should form part of the Tender Documents.
