Tender Details

Electronic Cadastral Information System of Land, New Cadastre Registry of Real Estate Registration, Cadastre and Management System and Audit of Information Registry Information System

Tender proposal ( must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope );

Bank guarantee in the amount of 2 % of the bid value ( must be valid at least 60 banking days after the date of opening of the envelope ) ;

Documents must be drawn up in Azerbaijani, in 2 copies (original and copy) (tender proposals in foreign language must be translated into Azerbaijani).

The tender procedure will be held in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement. Bidders will be required to submit the above-mentioned documents (except tender proposal and bank guarantee) with a tender proposal and bank guarantee in sealed double envelopes until 2018-07-04 till 17:00, 2018-07-12 till 17:00, Baku, Khatai district, Yusif Safarov Street 50 (room 814). Envelopes submitted later than indicated will be returned unopened.

Bidders' proposals will be opened at: Yusif Safarov str., 50 (room ? 310), 2018-07-13 at 11:00.
Authorized representatives of the bidders may attend.
