Tender Details
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) for the needs of the Ordering Party with a total volume of 5, 947, 440 kWh, number of consumption points according to the list in part III SWZ (OPZ) during the delivery period, i.ee earlier than from 01/05/2023 to 31/12/2023, with the proviso that to individual electricity consumption points, specified in detail in part III SWZ (OPZ), the start of deliveries will take place on the dates indicated therein, but not earlier than after successful termination dthe currently binding energy supply contracts and the successful supplier switching procedure. The Contractor shall make all actions and arrangements with the DSO necessary to carry out the supplier switching procedure and effectively start selling electricity. Energy supplyelectricity will be held for facilities classified into 2 groups according to the following classification: - electricity - tariff B 5, 143, 640 kWh - electricity - other 803, 800 kW
