Tender Details

The description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the draft terms of the contract, constituting Appendix 4 to the SWZ.

The estimated demand for electricity during the entire term of the contract is: 1, 724, 902.07 KWh. Demandelectricity demand is an estimate and may change. In the event of delivery of electricity in an amount lower than the above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party.

Electricity should meet technical parameters in accordance with the rulesAct of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, items 1385, 1723, 2127, 2243, 2370) and the executive acts to this Act and Polish Standards.
