Tender Details

The subject of contracts covered by the dynamic purchasing system is the provision of a comprehensive supply of electricity and the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (hereinafter: EP) covering the following categories of supplies:

1. provision of comprehensiveof electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to the Employer's facilities (in accordance with the authorizations held) described in Appendix No. 1 to IoSDSZ;

2. purchase of electricity for its lighting infrastructure (in accordance withpossessed powers), in which the Ordering Party is a party to the distribution agreement in the scope described in Appendix No. 2 to IoSDSZ.ejski in Toruń (in accordance with the authorization held) to the extent described in Appendix No. 3 to IoSDSZ.
