Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Electrical Energy Requirements Study, Design and Specification of Equipment to Meet Current and Future Energy Needs of the University of Buea Faculty of Medicine and Medical Sciences.

Consistency of the services
The services specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) are divided into four lots. The first three lots will be executed for each of the lots in three phases as follows:
For lot 4:
- Phase 1: State of the art report;
- Phase 2: Determination of needs;
- Phase 3: Conclusions and proposals.

Provisional bond
On pain of rejection, each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tendering security issued by the banking institutions and financial institutions authorized to issue securities in the framework of public contracts and listed in Exhibit 12 of the BD, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original bid validity date.
The amount of the deposit is fixed as follows

Amount of the FCFA guarantee: Lot 4: 300, 000.
