Tenders are invited for Electrical Distribution Works (433v & 11kv Network Extension) Extension Power Supply to the Plot of Ms. Badriya Ali Rashid Al Maobali and Others at Shinas Area in North Batinah Governorate (CRM-1583.1X05, 1806, 1809).
The bidder must stamp and sign the tenders documents as a knowledgtment of the understanding of the scope of work. Any regret after opening the bids / qutations the contractor will pay 1% from total offer value as penalty and will penlize 10% if the regret after receiving MJEC official order, MJEC has the right to suspend violation contractor to participate in new tenders for miximam 6 months or crosse out from the list .While MJEC reserve any other right or remedy they may have now or subsequently and liable to compensate contravener for not complying with the terms and conditions of bids / quotation.
