Tenders are invited for Electrical Connectivity CIS Flag House to National Grid at Gusau

ELIGIBILITY
Interested contractors are required to submit their company’s profile which must include but not limited to the following:
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC2 and CAC7
ii. Current Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three years valid till 31st December, 2019
iii. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
iv. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
v. Evidence of current Nigeria Social insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
vi. Valid Certificate or Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) as evidence of registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers
vii. Evidence of financial Capacity to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
viii. Audited Statement of Account of the company for the past 3 years (2016, 2017 and 2018) showing annual turnover duly endorsed by a firm of Chartered Accounts;
ix. Detailed company profile to include list of the company’s Technical Staff, their curriculum Vitae and Copies of credential including qualifications, years of cognate Experience and certificate of registration with relevant Professional Bodies.
x. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including letter of Awards, Valuation Certificate, Job Completion certificates and photographs of the projects
xi. Minimum Annual Turn Over of N5million for LOT-01 to Lot-22 and N50 Million for Lot-23 and Lot-24
xii. Sworn Affidavit disclosing;
a. Whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of Nigeria Immigration Service of the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interested in the bidders
b. A declaration that the company is not in receivership and/or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings
c. A deceleration that none of the company’s Directors has been convicted in Nigeria or nay country of criminal offences relating to fraud
d. That all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars
xiii. Foreign firms must be in Joint Ventures with Nigeria firms for projects that qualify for ICB;
xiv. All bidding documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding Letter under the company’s Letter Head paper bearing amongst other, the Registration Number (RC), as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), contact Address, Telephone Numbers (preferable GSM No.) and valid e-mail address and official company’s address. The letterhead Paper must bear the Names, Nationalities and telephone number of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
i. Interested bidders can obtain tender document at the General Service or Procurement Division upon presentation of evidence of payment of Non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) per lot
ii. Bidders may seek for clarification or further Information from Room A69, Ground Floor, Nigeria Immigration Services Headquarters, Sauka-Abuja.
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
i. Bids submission SHOULD BE MADE in two (2) separate sealed envelope clearly marked Technical Bid and Financial Bid respectively with appropriate project Title and Lot Number written at the top right corner of the envelopes and addressee to:

ii. The Company’s name, Address, Phone Number(s) and email should also be written on the reserves side of the envelope

NOTE THAT: All bids not so marked and appropriately dropped in the respective tender’s boxes would be rejected.
iii. The Tender documents should be deposited in the Tender Boxes in Room A67, Ground Floor, Shehu Shagari Complex, Nigeria Immigration Service headquarters, Sauka-Abuja not later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 23rd September, 2019

6. CLOSING DATE /BID OPENING /VENUE
i. Submission of Tender shall close six (6) weeks from the date of this publication by 10:00am prompt
ii. Only Technical Bid shall be publicly opened by 10:00am on Monday, 23rd September, 2019 at the Nigeria Immigration Service Headquarters, Sauka-Abuja
iii. Bidders or their representatives and interested members of the Public, Civil Society Organizations (CSO) as well as relevant Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are invited to witness the opening of the Technical Bids as scheduled above. However, Only prequalified companies will be subsequently invited for the opening of the Financial Bid documents.

7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
a. Evidence of payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of N10, 000.00 only in Bank Draft in favour of Nigeria Immigration Services
b. All bidders are expected to sign Bid Submission register on submission of bid document
c. Improper, and/or late submission of bid documents will be rejected or returned un-opened to the bidders;
d. prospective Bidders shall not bid for more than two (2) Lots, if discovered, such bidder will be out-rightly disqualified in all the Lots
e. Contractors that had poor projects execution with the Nigeria Immigration Service need not tender for any of these projects;
f. All certificates submitted may be referred for verification from the relevant issuing Agencies/Authorities
