The Council has currently approximately 13 commercial buildings, and approximately 6 residential buildings. The Council has a statutory and corporate responsibility to ensure the well-being, safeguard and the health and safety of its residents, tenants, staff and visitors. Consequently, the successful contractor(s) will be required to provide full property management services.
