Description: Kuntien Tiera Oy competes for the ERP system as a SaaS service. The aim of the acquisition is to provide Tiera's owner-customers with a cost-effective service that supports the target space defined by the industry. The goal is also that the project for the introduction of the most suitable service can be started immediately after the signing of the contract and the service is ready for production use for the main functions four (4) weeks after the signing of the contract. Thus, the object of the procurement cannot be a service that requires strong product development, but the service provided must have been at least piloted by the right municipal customer, so that product development during 2020 focuses on improving the usability of existing functions and small operational improvements.
