1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) - Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT 70507) Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for -œHiring of Consulting Firm for the ISO 9001:2015 Standard Accreditation Project of the Department of Social Welfare and Development-.
2. Approach and Scope
The Consultant Firm shall assist the Department in its accreditation to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. The DSWD will be required to follow a program of trainings and workshops about the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and to apply the gained concepts and techniques in establishing the management system of the organization and eventually, in its implementation.
Below is the enumeration of the Offices to be included in the scope of services to be rendered. Among the following offices, only Region XI has engaged with an ISO 9001:2015 consultant. However, since the goal of having a single Consultant Firm for the entire Department is to synchronize and standardize processes and procedures, said regional office is still included in the scope of the project.
