INVITATION TO BID FOR DRUGS AND MEDICINE: ACETYLCYSTEINE 200MG. ETC.

1. The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the GF, BY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Php1, 000, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Drugs and Medicines: Acetylcystiene 200mg. etc. with PR No.100-2022-0301. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30CD from the receipt of the Notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
