Tenders are invited for Driver for the Second Car Bus 29 Passenger

Scope of Work
1. PURPOSE: AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian seeks to contract qualified monthly salary drivers only (2) with reliable vehicles. The driver is responsible for all fuel, maintenance, insurance, repairs, and other running costs.
2. PAYMENT: Payment shall be in the end of each month.
3. WORK HOURS: According to the needs of the events to transfer the beneficiaries and according to the courses and days.
4. The old of applicant less than (25) years.
5. VEHICLES SPECIFICATIONS:
a-First Vehicles/ should be( 7 passengers) the model of the vehicle should be no less than 2010 Within the places mentioned in Appendix (2 )monthly salary .
b- second vehicles / should be( 29 passengers) the model of the vehicle should be no less than 2010 Within the places mentioned in Appendix (3 )monthly salary
6. The applicant should be the owner of the vehicle or has a driving agency or authorization from the contractor.
7. INSPECTIONS: Prior to signing any contract, the vehicle shall be physically inspected by AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian.
8. In case of car breaking down the driver is responsible of transporting expenses and provide another car (same qualifications).
9. DOCUMENTATION: Interested drivers shall submit the following
documentation or their offer will be rejected:9.1.Financial Offer (Annex)
9.2.Iraqi ID
9.3.Current / valid driving license
9.4.Vehicle registration license
10.VEHICLE REPAIRS: In case of vehicle breaking down or damage, the driver is responsible to maintain/repair his vehicle Providing a replacement car for the broken car.
11. SAFETY: Vehicle must be always in good condition and clean with all working seatbelts (front and back) In addition to providing a first aid kit, which must be in accordance with CRS standards. If the driver does not maintain the vehicle with these conditions, AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian reserves the right to cancel the contract without notice period.
