MANAGEMENT UNIT OF THE ROSSO BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

1. The Governments of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the Republic of Senegal have received from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Bank

European Investment Bank (EIB) loans, as well as a grant from the European Union

European Union (EU) for the financing of the Rosso Bridge Construction Project. The Government of Mauritania intends to use part of the sums thus granted to finance the contract for the execution of works to strengthen the drinking water supply system of the city of Rosso Mauritania.

2. The Project Management Unit, acting in the name and on behalf of the Ministry of Equipment and Transport of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Transport and Disengagement of the Republic of Senegal, invites, by this Tender, the bidders admitted to compete to submit their bids under sealed cover for the performance of this work in a single lot.

The period of execution of the work is twelve (12) months, including the rainy season.

3. Eligible interested tenderers may obtain additional information from the publication of the notice and consult the tender documents at the headquarters of the Project Management Unit, located at the base of the Ministry of Finance. Equipment and Transport of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, located south of ISET, in Rosso Mauritania, every working day:

ü Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 17:00 (local time);

ü Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 (local time).

4. Interested bidders may obtain the complete international tender dossier in French language against receipt of payment of a non-refundable amount of 15, 000 MRU or the equivalent in a freely convertible currency, and this per installment to the account of the PMU n ° 00027 00001 10000004132 74 BMI opened on behalf of the UGP Pont Rosso located at the base -life of the MET south of the ISET, in Rosso Mauritania.
