General Criteria for bidders 1. Bidder must be a registered firm with CAC Certificate and TAX ID 2. Bidder must be willing to provide quotations that are valid for a minimum of 90days 3. Bidder must demonstrate financial capability to carry out award without requiring an advance. Specific Criteria for bidders Category 1: Bidder must have over three years track record of providing Drilling, Borehole and Engineering services and equally demonstrate capacity to deploy qualified staff to the Northeast Nigeria.
