The City Government of Imus, Province of Cavite through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) invites bidders/suppliers to apply for the eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects:

4. REFERENCE NUMBER : INFR- GF (CEO)-19-004

PROJECT : Drilling and Installation of (50) units Deep Well at various barangays

LOCATION : City of Imus

APPROVED BUDGET : Php 2, 078, 015.63

CONTRACT DURATION : 30 Calendar Days

Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract(at least 2 years) with a value of at least 50% of ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Form) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

3. Deadline of Submission 11:00 a.m. and Opening of Bids 12:00 p.m. at City Administrator-s Office, 3rd Flr., New City Hall Building, Imus City, Cavite March 12, 2019

4. Bid Evaluation March 14, 2019

5. Post Qualification March 15, 2019

6. Notice of Award March 18, 2019

7. Notice to Proceed March 20, 2019

Only Bidders who have paid a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php5, 000.00 for item 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 for item 23, 24 and 25 to the Treasurer-s Office shall be allowed to participate in the Pre-bid Conference.

The City of Imus assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and rejects all Bids at any time prior to Contract of Award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
