INVITATION TO BID FOR DRILLING AND COMPLETION OF 1No. BOREHOLE AT TABAARAK IDP CAMP, GENERATOR AND CARETAKER ROOM, ELEVATED WATER TANK AND PIPING SYSTEM, BOREHOLE PARAMETER WALL

SCIBaidoaoffice invites qualified bidders who wish to be considered for the proposed works, and who meet the below listed requirements;

1. Bank account with minimum $ 25, 000 With a proof of statement from July 2018- to 30th January 2018.

2. Must have relevant construction experience of 3 years in borehole drilling Please attach previous LPOs and contracts as evidence.

3. Possession of a valid Ministry of Public works licenses from ISWA

4. valid municipality license from Bay regional administration

5. Updated company profile with the following information;

6. Similar work experience conducted, amount in USD, location and by which organization.

7. Company main office/ branch offices address, contacts/emails

Company organogram
1. List of equipment- assets, trucks, (at least 3 flatbed) forklift, basic hand tools and CVs of core staff including engineers and foremen to execute the work.

2. Duly completed bill of quantity with company stamp

3. Proposed work schedule (work plan)

Interested companies are advised to collect a complete set of bid documents and instructions at SCI Baidoa Office between 11:00am to 2:00pm from 30th July-18 to 7th August-18( Monday to Tuesday). Sealed bid documents MUST be returned to SCI Baidoa office in a sealed envelope clearly stating the company name and its contact address not later than 10:00 Am on Sunday19thAugust 2018
