Drainage Improvement, Brgy. Mabini - J. Rizal, Mandaluyong City

1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, in accordance with Sections 7.5 and 7.6 of the 2021 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR), allowing Early Procurement Activities (EPA), intends to apply the sum of of Four Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and Thirty-Two Centavos (Php4, 989, 629.32) being the National Expenditure program (NEP) submitted to Congress as the Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (IAPP) based on the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Drainage Improvement, Brgy. Mabini - J. Rizal, Mandaluyong City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

No award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
