Description: Development of a project for a general development plan of the municipality (DMS) of Dolni Chiflik, Varna district, including environmental assessment (EC) and compatibility assessment (EA).
The project of the Master Plan must cover the territory of the municipality of Dolni Chiflik with its settlements and their lands.
The developed project should be in compliance with the planning assignment, with the requirements of the Black Sea Coast Development Act (LMA), the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) and the relevant bylaws, in p. Ordinance № 7/2003 on rules and norms for development of the separate types of territories and development zones and of Ordinance № 8/2001 on the volume and content of the development schemes and plans.
The Environmental Assessment (EC) and the Impact Assessment (EIA) - as part of the project documentation, should be in accordance with the opinion of the MoEW.
