For The Purposes Of This Agreement A Complex Need Is Defined As; • Clients In Need Of Clinical Intervention And Possibly Nursing Care • Clients With Physical Disabilities That Require Staff To Have Specialist Knowledge, Understanding And Competencies • Administering Medication And Managing Specialist Equipment Such As Cpap Machines And Peg Feeds 1.2 The Service Is To Be Available Throughout The North Somerset Area. 1.3 Complex Health And Social Care For The Adult And Child Population Will Comprise Of A Home Care Service That Supports; • Those People Eligible To Be Funded By The Bnssg Ccg And Deemed To Have A Complex Need By The Funded Health Care Team.
