Description: The Oesterreichische Nationalbank (hereinafter: OeNB or AG) is looking for a company that provides insurance services in the D&O sector as part of this award procedure.

In this context, the AG is striving for insurance cover with an insured sum of EUR 20 million.

Parallel to this award procedure, the AG initiated an award procedure for the aforementioned insurance benefits in the D&O area ("Procedure I", file no. 2020-3298). The minimum sum insured in "Procedure I" is set at EUR 10 million.

If in this "Procedure I" the bid by the successful tenderer is based on an insured amount of less than EUR 20 million, in the present procedure ("Procedure II") the insurance coverage going beyond the bid by the successful tenderer in "Procedure I" up to an insured amount of EUR 20 million can be achieved in the form of excess insurance.
