Solicitation Description : The University is seeking a qualified contractor to clean the low and high-pressure duct and associated VAV boxes screens at the Multidisciplinary Studies Building (MS) as part of Deferred Maintenance program. The project scope of work shall include sealing the low-pressure duct insulation with approved air stream sealant in all of MS building. All work shall be done during nontraditional work hours to minimize disruption to faculty, staff and students.
