Furthermore, Minors, Person Under Conservatorship Or Person Under Assistance That Obtained The Consent Necessary For Concluding A Contract May Be Applicable Under Cases Of Special Reasons Within The Said Clause ; (A2) Not Come Under Article 6 Of The Regulation Concerning Contract For Nho ; (A3) Have Grade A, B Or C In "Manufacturers Of Products" Or "Sales Of Products" For Participating In Tenders By Ministry Of Health, Labour And Welfare (Single Qualification For Every Ministry And Agency) In Tohoku Region ; (A4) Prove To Have Registered With The Relevant Authorities, In Accordance With The Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, To Initiate Business Of Selling Medical Appliances ; (A5) Prove To Have Prepared A System To Provide Rapid After-Sale Service And Maintenance For The Procured Products ; (A6) Meet The Qualification Requirements Which The Obligating Officer May Specify In Accordance With Article 4 Of The Regulation ;
