Tenders are invited for Disposal of Electronic Waste for the Department of Information Technology for a Period of 24 Months
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Account Section, Department of Information Technology, Nineth Floor, Block 8 (Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs Building), Government Enclave, Gaborone.
• Documents may be collected during working hours after 0730 hours on 20th April, 2020.
• A non-refundable payment of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) for youth in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque made in favour of the Botswana Government is required for the purchase of this Tender Document.
• Queries relating to the issue of these Tender Documents may be addressed to Mr Prosper Shirima, Private Bag 0050, Gaborone, Telephone No. (+267) 3653138, Email: pshirima@gov.bw, in writing fourteen (14) working days before the tender closing date; those received after the stipulated time will not be responded to.
• The closing time for request for clarifications is seven (7) working days before the tender closing date.
• A compulsory pre-bid meeting with representatives of the Procuring Department will take place at the Mass Media Complex, Willie Seboni Road, Plot No. 37795, Telephone Nos. (+267) 3653138/3658000 and at the old Supplies Depot Nkrumah Road, Plot No. 1221 on 19th May, 2020 starting at 1000 hours.
• The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 5th June, 2020 hours at 0800 hours.
