Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Disinfection and Pest Control Services Contract Area C, D (Al Bouri Field, and Sabratha Marine Platform) and the Company's Sites in Tripoli.

Terms & Conditions:

Interested companies for the above bid must satisfy the requirements provided and provide all information and documents required below. Bearing in mind that failure to submit such documents would result in automatic incapacity:

1. Directing a book titled Contract Manager (Oil Branch) indicating the desire to participate in pre-qualification (including e-mail, telephone number, mobile, etc.) for the purpose of speed communication as needed.

2. Submit all documents and legal documents indicating registration in Libya and shall be valid for a period not less than six (6) months from the date of the declaration.

2. Documents identifying the company, documents and certificates of experience in the field of work to be implemented and attach a list containing details of similar work carried out and the current work to be implemented in addition to any additional documents that can strengthen the position of the company.

3. Companies shall provide proof of their concept of all international environmental legislation in the implementation of the work.

4. Health, safety, environmental protection and quality: The company must participate in the tender to provide the following:

6.1 The approved safety manual of the company is attached to the company's approved policy in the field of health, safety, environmental protection and quality.

6.2 Certification of Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality Systems ISO-9001, ISO-14001 & OSHAS-18001

6.3 List of safety procedures, environmental protection and quality of the company.

7. The documents indicating the financial status of the company (for the last three years) shall be submitted by an external financial auditor.

8. The Company has the right to exclude any file that does not meet the above conditions.



The legal documents required by the participating companies are as follows:

§ original copy of the commercial registration and registration in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Joint companies and agreements (solidarity)
