Tender Bond Value: QAR 200, 000.00
The Bid duration should not be less than 90 days from the closing date.

The Performance Bond shall be 10% of the contract total value and should be unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee issued or approval by a local Bank.

The president may upon the recommendation of the Committee, and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest, amend the amounts or the size of the contracts concluded in accordance with the provisions of this law and the bylaw, by increase or decrease under the same conditions and prices, without the contractor with the government having the right to claim any compensation, according to the conditions set by the bylaw.
