Tenders are invited for Dietary and Catering Services

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be considered eligible at the time of tender opening, your tender must include the following:
• Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Completed and signed Bid Submission Form
• Proof of current registration with Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the categories of Canteen Concessionaire Services or Catering OR National Contracts Commission (NCC) in the category Canteen Concessionaire.
Non-compliance with all or any of the criteria above will result in automatic disqualification of tender.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Service provider is expected to provide all hospitalized patients daily with safe, nutritionally adequate diets as per their dietary prescriptions and within the approved contractual arrangement. Deliver meals to all patients at the required times and temperature in accordance with dietary and nutritional specifications as determined by the hospital's Dieticians. To facilitate a timely meal service for patients. Any adjustment to this stipulated time should be discussed and agreed upon with the Management Team of the UHWI.

AVAILABILITY OF TENDERS
Tender documents will be available at a cost of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000.00) in cash or manager's cheque, payable to the Cashier Accounts Department, Administration Building, University Hospital of the West Indies. Tender documents may be obtained on presentation of the receipt to the Procurement Unit, Dome Building/Nurses Residence, UHWI, from Tuesday, November 30, 2021 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the address cited above.
