the provision of services will be contracted from an organization (foundation or ngo) at a regional or national level that will be in charge of implementing competitive funds of projects with civil society -cs-(bolivian ngos and ngo networks).the main areas of work in which it will receive proposals, monitor them and evaluate are: a) governance, b) economic development, and c) environment and climate change; as well as key development issues for bolivia and organizational strengthening of cs. The main areas of work in which it will receive proposals and monitor and evaluate are: a) governance, b) economic development, and c) environment and climate change. 2.7 location where service is to be delivered bolivia 2.8duration of the contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system start: 01.12.2019, end: 31.12.2023 this contract is subject to renewal: yes description of renewals: the option of directly awarding follow-up mandates is reserved. 2.9 options no 2.10 award criteria ac1: qualification and experience of the nominated team (technical team and supportstaff) weighting 30% ac2:understanding of the mandate and general approach weighting 35% ac3: procedure and organisation weighting 10% ac4: financial proposal weighting 25% 2.11 will variants be accepted yes remarks: yes, only for the technical proposal with solid arguments.
